You agree to use the Marketia platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the platform. Permitted uses include:
- Accessing information about Marketia's network and operations
- Contacting Marketia for partnership or business inquiries
- Applying for career opportunities listed on the platform
- Using services made available through our authorized retailer network
4. Eligibility
Use of the Marketia platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users who are minors may only access the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Marketia reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any user at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
